Melamine cyanocyanate, also known as melamine cyanurate, is a high-efficiency halogen-free flame retardant, white fine powder, the product has the use of economic, efficient, excellent electrical and mechanical properties, non-color change, low smoke, low corrosion. At the same time, it is low toxicity, safe for users, good compatibility with the environment, good thermal stability, very suitable for material processing.
Characteristics: MCA not only has a good synergy with phosphorus flame retardants, but also can achieve a good flame retardant effect with phenolic compounds. The product has good flame retardant effect, less dosage, non-toxic, less smoke, good soluble with nylon resin, less impact on mechanical properties, processing is not easy to occur sticky mold, foaming and frosting and other phenomena.
Uses: widely used in rubber, nylon 6, nylon 66, polyurethane, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, polyethylene resin, acrylic acid flame retardant.
